Due Tide Minnow Slim 200

Duo Tide Minnow slim 200, Colour No. S116-RS
Where is it going to end, the Tide Minnow Slim 175 seemed long but the 200 is so long it doesn’t fit in my lure box. That said the Tide Minnows are great lures with great actions and fantastic finishes, this particular colour really catches the eye, with it’s very dark olive back fading into iridescent copper sides and finished with a silver belly. The action of the Tide Minnow slim is a tight wobble which is achieved with a simple retrieve, I like to work these lure though and jerks of the rod tip will shoot the lure off to one side another jerk brings it back the other way, pauses letting the lure suspend and gently raise to the surface can often entice a hit.
Sometimes all that is needed is to allow it to drift in some current, a few little twitches now and then, maybe followed by a very slow retrieve and pause. If you don’t have any Tide Minnow’s in your lure box, then I’d advise you to get a few, although I’d suggest starting with a 145 SLD-F.
Model: Tide Minnow Slim 200 Manufacturer: Duo
Length: 200mm Weight: 27g Dives: 2.5 to 4ft

Because the Due Tide Minnow Slim 200 is too long for my lure box I use these treble protectors and keep it loose in my backpack.

In this shot you can see the etched scales and iridescent copper finish.
